GENERAL RULES FOR TEAM TOURNAMENT
1. Please register your Teams before the end of Registrations.
2. Each Team Tournament has a different theme. It will be announced beforehand every time.
3. Each round will have 48hrs. Hence all matches must finish in this duration. Also, the captain shall announce the substitute within the additional 12hrs allotted before the round begins(read further for more information).
NOTE: The 12hrs substitution period is separate from 48hrs allotted to finish the round matches.
4. Make sure to read all the rules here and on our Discord Server before registering.

5. Only the team captain is entitled to complete the above mentioned 2-step registration. He shall fill in the registration form with details of all the 4 members and their selected Pokémons. Please ensure to upload the screenshot of teams correctly and in prescribed format (showed at the registration form). Any mistake for discrepancy will not be allowed to change. [Registration form link given above] In case of any error found after the start of the tournament, the team has to play with the registered Pokémons and order. Failing to do so can result in termination of the team from the tournament. Additionally, the Team Captain has to register his team over the tournament platform, Challonge. This is a 2-step registration process. Any one player failing to finish will result in termination of the entire team from the tournament.
6. Team composition: Each team will comprise of 3 regular players and 1 substitute. A substitute can replace any member of the team for a particular round. However, a substitute must be announced within the first 12hrs of the start of the round. The substitute shall be announced by the team captain, informed during team registration google form.
7. While filling the team registration form, the members will select a number from 1 to 3 for themselves. Hence, the battle will be conducted in 1vs1, 2vs2, and 3vs3.

8. Each player will have a best of 3 battles in each match. Each match win will gain 1 point to the team, while the losing team will gain or lose no points. Whichever team with the most points out of 3 will win the round and proceed further.
9. Team Making: 24 Unique Pokémons, divided in 6 among each of the 4 members of the team (including the substitute). If duplicate Pokémons are found within the same team, then one Team Member will have to exclude the duplicate Pokémon, which shall be declared by the Team Leader.

• A Pokémon and it's Shadow variant are counted as the same Pokémon.
• Regional Variants of Pokémons are counted as different Pokémons. Eg-Galar & Alolan Forms
• Pokémon of same evolutionary line like Venasaur & Ivysaur will be counted as different Pokémons. Same for branched evolutionary families like the Eevee forms & Snorut Family
• Different castforms are considered as different pokemons and can be added to team.
10. Team Lead will take responsibility of completion of the 3 matches in a 48hr time period (1 played by each member) + submitting score properly on Challonge [Tournament Platform]
11. It is always important to have video proof for cases of game lag, etc... For Issues & help, contact the Tournament Admins, who will observe the submitted proof and decide if a rematch is allowed or not.
12. Each team MUST finish their 9 Battles within the 48hr time frame of the round. It is the responsibility of the Team Leads to ensure proper coordination to finish the matches in time. The admins have the authority to take strict actions against those failing to comply.
13. The decision taken by tournament admins will be considered as final, and cannot be contested.
14. Players are not allowed to update or change their teams once the Tournament has started. They cannot exchange Pokemons among their team mates, and hence can use the 6 registered Pokemons only.

15. No spoofers are allowed to join the tournament. Any player which is found to be using any means to manipulate GPS location based apps, shall be considered ineligible to participate. Any team comprising of a spoofer shall be put under strict monitoring. However, the team is allowed continue to play with three players. Certainly, in case of multiple spoofers in a team, the entire team shall be removed.
16. Use of TMs is strictly forbidden. Use of Pokemons of same species with different move-sets is not allowed. The admins hold the right to check the Pokemons of the participants, in case of any complaint.
17. Players can play from only ONE TEAM. If a player is found to be member of more than 1 participating team, then all the teams will be removed from the Tournament.
18. It is obligatory for all team members to join the PvP Tussle Discord server. In case of absence of a player, the team might be removed from the tournament.

19. SUBSTITUTE AND USING A SUBSTITUITION: By default, the player #4 is a substitute and he shall not play any match. When a round begins, each team will get 12hrs to decide and announce if they are going to use a substitution. This announcement has to be made only by the team lead and within the allowed 12hrs, after which no substitution shall be allowed and the default team will be playing the matches. Once substituted, the player #4 shall be playing the match of the player he is substituted with, while the other will not play any match. A substitution can be used only once per round, and can be done only between #4 and the rest of the three players. But at the end of the round, the team shall be reset to the
default team and the team will be allowed to make another substitution, if they want.
ONLY TEAM LEADER WILL FILL THE REGISTRATION FORM AND REGISTER YOUR TEAM ON CHALLONGE. FURTHERMORE, IT IS THE DUTY OF THE TEAM LEADER TO GET THE MATCH UPS DONE AND UPDATE THE RESULTS ON TOURNAMENT PAGE.
